Travel Fee Policy

Due to the large service area that we cover and the additional team members who are traveling, we will be implementing a $15 travel fee on all grooming appointments beginning January 1st 2024. If you were already being charged a $25 travel fee, this will be reduced to $15.

Credit Card Processing & Payment Options

Beginning on January 1st 2024, the 3% credit card processing fee will be charged back to the customer. This small fee amounts to a few dollars to the customer but several hundred every month to our business.

We have other payment options available if you prefer to avoid this fee. We currently accept Cash as well as Zelle, if you prefer a digital payment.

The VIP Club

To be a part of The VIP Club, you must pre-book your appointments on a 4, 6, 8, or 12 week rotation. Those who choose to be a part of the VIP Club receive discounts on our base services. Please see the VIP pricing below.

Full Coat Groom: $100

Lion Cut: $120

Teddy Bear Trim: $130

If you are not already in The VIP Club and would like to be, just let us know and we can get you scheduled.

Referral Program

We are excited to offer you our new referral program! We receive a lot of business from the recommendations and referrals from our current customers. We would like to start to give back and provide further incentives for telling all your friends about The Dapper Cat!

For every referral customer that is scheduled and completed, you will receive $10 on your account. This amount can be used on your next appointment, or you can choose to save them up. The referral bonus expires after 1 year.
